At Nature Dash, customer satisfaction matters to us. Food is one of the few things keeping civilization from collapsing into mutual screaming, so we try to get it right.

Because we sell food, frozen products, and perishable items, our return and refund policy follows Canadian consumer protection standards and food safety regulations.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to health, safety, and food handling regulations, most food and frozen products cannot be returned once delivered.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is spoiled or defective upon arrival
  • Packaging is significantly damaged
  • Items are missing from the order

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened food products
  • Frozen or refrigerated items after delivery
  • Perishable goods
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

Because once frozen vegetables begin their emotional journey toward room temperature, nobody wins.


4. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact Nature Dash within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Proof of purchase

Requests submitted after the reporting period may not qualify for compensation.


5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds may be issued to:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement shipment

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The return is due to our error
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Nature Dash is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Spoilage resulting from unattended deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive frozen or perishable deliveries promptly.


9. Food Safety & Product Handling

For food safety reasons:

  • Frozen and refrigerated items should be stored immediately upon delivery
  • Customers must inspect orders upon arrival
  • Improper storage after delivery voids refund eligibility

10. Limitation of Liability

Nature Dash’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected product.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Allergic reactions
  • Product misuse
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers
  • Loss resulting from improper handling after delivery

11. Compliance with Canadian Consumer Laws

This policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including regulations in the Province of Ontario.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under Canadian law.
